The Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA), as part of its commitment to ensure quality in the implementation of the training programmes it approves, takes all necessary measures to this end. These measures include monitoring the implementation of training programmes through on-site visits or online checks.
The purpose of the “Framework for the Policy and Procedures on Handling the Results of Spot Checks on Training Programmes’ Implementation” (hereinafter referred to as “Framework”) is to set out the policies, procedures and actions to be taken by the HRDA in cases where spot checks identify non-compliance with the terms and conditions governing the implementation of training programmes, as outlined in the Policy and Procedures Guide of each Scheme and any Supplements which might be in effect.
The revised Framework, which was approved by the Board of Directors of the HRDA on 26th March 2026, is applicable to training programmes with a commencement date on or after 1st May 2026.
