According to the provisions of the Framework for the Operation of the Competent Bodies of the Authority which stipulate that a decision of the Competent Body shall be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval, the Board of Directors, having considered the Minutes of the Competent Body, agreed with its decisions and gave consent to the award of the Contract to the Tenderer specified in the minutes of that meeting.
